What is coaching?

Coaching is the practice of teaching, encouraging, and offering feedback to company leaders in order to improve their abilities and business conduct. This sort of coaching focuses on managers’ and executives’ personal growth, which not only improves their talents but also their understanding of how to interact with others. 

The field of coaching has evolved rapidly as businesses have begun to appreciate the numerous objectives and advantages of coaching, and some organizations are actively working to build a coaching culture. A coaching culture at a company is more than just formal coaching; it’s a culture where coaching practices are utilized for communicating, managing, and influencing people. It’s also a place where employees’ growth and development are valued. 

Not everyone is a good fit for coaching. Some people are resistant to change and are not open to receiving feedback. This is a fault with the individual who is being taught, not a flaw with the coaching technology.
